I do not think so. I tried once (with little effort though) to figure out all DLLs for MS Graph in MS Office and install them separately - no luck. There were threads about this before.
Anyway, there was an older version of MS Graph with VFP5. I do not know if it could be installed separately and if there are any licensing issues when using it by newer versions of VFP. Anyway, you can try to dig also in this direction.
