Hi. I have a Win98 user with a pull-down menu problem. Seems as if the menus (Word, Excel, etc) are present, but totally blank. As she arrows down the blank Find or Edit or Tools, etc. the menu options appear 1 by 1 as the cursor sets focus on them. Ideas? ps: she did not change her colors.
