Before Creating parameters, I've inserted a line:

oCmd.ActiveConnection = oConn

The error now is Unrecognized command Verb when I oCmd.Execute

However, this Stored Procedure always worked perfectly.
How does ADO work? It has to be with Standard SQL SP Creation, like CREATE PROCEDURE?
