I'm not too proud...help!

I need a simple code sample that I can read, to understand how to do this...

I need to create a simple application class using C#. Let's say it will store three things... the user ID of a person who signed on, user name, and a simple dataset. These are obtained on a sign-on form/screen, but I need to have constant access to them throughout the app.

I just need a simple code sample that shows how a global app/class storing those three variables would be instantiated, and then accessed anywhere in the app. Sorry for asking such a dumb question, but I hit a mental block today!
