I have 3 forms ( I will call them form1, form2, form3) which have desktop = .t. and showWindow = 1 (in screen).

The children of form1 are accessed by opening form1 and then opening form2, so that both forms are open with form2 being on top.

The children of form2 are accessed by opening form1, then form2 and then form3, so that form1, form2 and form3 are all open with form3 being on top, with form2 under form3 and form1 under form2.

Normally, this works fine and when I exit each form the appropriate form is available and I can exit that one, etc ...

However, once in awhile, when I close form3, the form which is on top is form1 and I have to click on the header of form2 to get it on top before I can exit from it.

This is not a particular problem yet but could become one if the 2 forms were identical in size. It is also annoying for my users.

Any ideas on what might be causing this and is there a permanent remedy ?
