Thank for your advise. I try all as following in the article.
For normal printer, the custome form will show up but when
using the receipt printer, you can't get the customize
form to display in the papersize selection list of the receipt printer.
Even I can't get to choose the receipt printer form in the
papersize selection list. This printer form is configure after I install the driver.

On the otherhand, when I tried to modified existing form that I can select from the papersize option, after modify, that modified form will not be in the selection form at all.

I am loss on why this happen.

I am using EPSON TM88II thermal receipt printer, the driver
is from their website.
