I need something to protect my code (refox) and my data (cryptor). This is the point! :-)

I wrote to xitech-europe and they didn't anwser me. So, I'm here to know your opinion about some questions that I have.

1) About Refox: A friend told me about UNFOXALL that could descompile my EXE. Is it true?

2) About Cryptor: I read about licenses: We can buy for 50, 200 or unlimited runtimes. What means it? Number of computers? Number of users?

3) About Cryptor: Speedy... Does Cryptor make my program less faster than without it?

4) About price: How much is it?
