no the dsn thing is that my system needs a dsn to work cause i made it in vfp with sql. so in the configuration i have to create the sql data and the dsn. but i will send a public message for the ado thing. I have a code in vb, i was gonna made a dll, so i can use it in fox, but also i want to know how to do it in vfp too.
