I figure the Osbournes classify as foreign in Canada. Can't say anything about that matter here in States, because I don't remember ever seeing anything foreign on any of the channels I see. Maybe a total of a dozen British, Australian or Canadian things altogether, mostly on PBS. Absolutely nothing, ever, from the rest of the world. I suppose there's some internal censorship in effect.
