Create an image file (.bmp) that has the kind of watermark you wish and drop the picture ole from the report tool bar onto report. Use the properties dialog on the old and load the .bmp you want to use for the water mark. While that dialog is open set the "Scale picture, fill the frame" radio button. This will allow you to resize your bmp image, depending on how big you want it and where it is placed. If it is small and put in a corner somewhere then chose the other radio buttons appropriately. Then, using the Layout toolbar, with the image selected, click on the "send to back" icon. Water mark images are susually very faint. The hard part is adjusting the faintness. I recommend the Windows version of GIMP, the GPL image editor.
