Thanks for your suggestions. The message in the Help wasn't very descriptive. Yes, I delete all my indexes and rebuild them from scratch before testing what I'm trying to run. As far as the memory goes, I had the Task Manager open the entire time the program was running. Although I did notice it spike up to 100%, this occurred much earlier in the program. The routine where it bombs out it was reading only 1% memory usage. If you happen to have any additional ideas, please pass along. Thanks much!!!
