One of our remote users connects to us and visa-versa using NT 4 citrix metaframe terminal server to access their's and our imaging server.

Our printing is done by standard printer mapping in terminal services to conduct printing back to a local print.

However, the only printer that is detected and works is an HP LaserJet 4 driver.

Two questions.
1) Why only an HP LaserJet 4? How to configure other printers.
2) Want to use an imaging print driver to capture & direct prints into our imaging system. However, none of the 3rd party image print drivers work via this type of connection.
