I have written a similiar system for k-12 school databases, because they
had years of crazy data and duplicates when we converted from MSWORKS Basically, you can set up a list of criteria to check and view the
records that failed the test, delete records, merge records, and edit
records. Once this is done, your system should provide ongoing routines to validate the data integrity. Therefore, you might not only need to look at cleaning up the existing system, but finding way to improve the system in runtime.

Now that all that is said, what exactly are you wanting? Someone to
code the app( maybe put an ad in the Foxpro Yellow Pages) or some
starting point so that you can code the app?
