I've been using Visual Maxframe, (versions 4 and 5) for several years and have been very pleased with it. However -as I'm sure is the case with any framework - you have to learn and get comfortable with how things are done. Since I was also transitioning from traditional FoxPro 2.5 that was very painful for me, but I have to say that it has been worth the effort. VMP does have its own active support forum so you won't see much about it here.
