My concern would be people cancelling while VFP is still printing to the spooler (either accidently, or on purpose). If the user deletes the job out of the spooler, or if the printer has a problem that loses the job, you have another problem altogether. I usually have the program ask the user if they got a succussful printout, and if they would like to update.

Look at APRINTERS() (you can put it to an array property of a form, and use a dropdown box), and SET PRINTER TO NAME command.
