You can use T_SQL REPLACE() function to remove colons.
SELECT REPLACE(CONVERT(varchar(32), getdate(),114), ':', '')
>SQL Server returns a value from the following command
>with colons (:) and down to the milisecond.
>
>select convert(varchar,getdate(),114)
>
>All I want is the time portion returned without the colons
>like this in VFP:
>
>xx= '15:36:31:293'
>?left(chrtran(xx,':',''),6)
>
>
>Can it be done in SQL Server via T-SQL?
