I just had a working VFP 6 app that was nothing more a print report. I recompiled it under VFP 7 SP 1, and included the VFP7r.dll and VFP7renu.dll. However, it fails to start with the error message 'Visual FoxPro Cannot Start. Could not load resources.. Press F1 for help.' Oddly, it repeated this behavior on my development machine where VFP 7 is installed.
