>I have heard that vpm is going to creating Frameworks for VB.Net and C#.

Way back in 96/97 when I was looking at frameworks (I use Codemine now), the VPM folks said that they would be creating a version for VB because their framework concepts were kind of language neutral. That never happened so I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the above.

If you want a "banker" on conversion to .Net - obviously, Mere Mortals for .Net is a reality and Kevin McNeish has raised his public profile in the .Net arena considerably, along with his pending book on the subject. I am not recommending Mere Mortals or anything (I have never used it) but I would consider it if a .Net path was real priority and I wanted to see evidence of a .Net version and not just "talk".

However, most framework vendors are likely to come up with some sort of .Net offering as they will not want to lose their userbase.
