I have run into a problem trying to create a data environment. This is occuring in a project that has existed for some time. Running VFP& and MM7.0.

I create a business object class using the applicaiton generic class OK. I then bring up the builder for creating the data environment, enter the name of the environment and assign it to the adataenvironment library in the application. Next I click on OK to save it and get a 'Input/Output Operation Failure' error.

I have cleaned up the project, rebuilt the project without the new bizobj in it then recreated the bizobj and tried to create the dataenvironment to no avail.

I can create the data environment and put into another library but not the data environment library.

I can view the data environment library in the class browser and all looks well. Other existing dataenvironment classes respond normally.

Any help as to why the error would be greatly appreciated.
