This doesn't happen on my PC: Win2KSP3 under VFP6SP5 and VFP7SP1. Excel doesn't became visible after I run

o = createobject("excel.sheet")

>I just installed my application on a windows 2000 machine and it works differently than it did on the old NT4 machines. The line of code: o = createobject("excel.sheet") now causes an excel window to open where as runing this same code on NT4 the window defaulted to invisible? I also tested ole from Access and Cold Fusion. Both of these on W2K opened excel windows. On my NT4 machine the windows defaul to hidden.
