>Hi all, what is the future of vfp development, since vstudio.net just put vbasic and asp web page development, no more vfp ?Norman
Not true. Visual FoxPro is doing great. The current version, VFP 7.0 SP1 is the best and most powerful FoxPro we've ever had. It plays very well with .Net as VFP 7.0 creates and consumes XML and Web Services natively. Plus it does a lot of other great things with data and text very fast as you undoubtedly know.
On top of that, the next version, Visual FoxPro 8, is about to go into Beta.
Do you have VFP 7? If not, what are you waiting for?
