I would suggest that you build another version of your setup and distribute this setup to your clients, because some files that come with the SP1 may need to be registred (again) to work properly on the client machine.
It's not necessary the you distribute all the application, you can build a small dummy EXE file so that a setup can be build and have the runtime files updated on the target machine.
