I wouldn't recommend using CGI with VFP as VFP is a big application to load on every hit as a process...
Microsoft used to have an old example in the pre-FoxISAPI days using the Internet Wizard that was basically C exe that launched VFP and returned results... the main reason for hte EXE was to deal with StdIn and StdOut which you can also do from witin VFP using API calls. But, that's all pretty messy and will perform very badly.
I'd recommend you use either ASP with COM or FoxISAPI or look at one of the third party solutions.
