Well a least Apple let us know that if we buy into Apple's Cocoa Class - java addin to develope an app, we are marrying into the MAC OS X platfrom. Even if I had a Mac, I would rather remain in the java standard to keep my options open and maintain the ability to port to any platform.

So far I have heard only good things about the Mac.
