Hi

I have already send one MDB database (SA.MDB) which has few tables and forms to my users. Now I want to add few records in my one of the master table i.e. F005 and also want to modify some of the desciption field. Can I send a new MDB (NEWF005.MDB) which has only F005 as table and a querry which will first delete all the records from F005 table of SA.MDB file and then I want to append records int F005 table of SA.MDBF from F005 table of NEWF005.MDB.

Can I do this with query ? I want to do this with querry only because my users won't be able to perform any action in Access. They will mess up the things instead of doing it correctly.

I am also new in Access so please tell me step by step how to do it.
