I'm not suggesting forcing anything. I'm suggesting that we make it socially unacceptable for the people at the top to earn millions when some of those who work for them are struggling from paycheck to paycheck.

I do believe in rewarding effort and hard work. But some of those rewards have become ridiculous in the last 20 years or so.
