Delete all of the apps registered for html in that box and then add Mozilla. When the browser pops up browse to the /usr/bin and select the mozilla script (or go to the Mozilla bin and use that scrip, unless it causes a double firing of Mozilla). While the selection is still in the browser edit box add "%s" to the end of it.
