You misinterpreted what was there. There is a list of official beta sites and then there is the DevCon beta. The DevCon people will not have an official mechanism to send feedback to MS, while the official sites will. Also, in the past, only official sites have gotten updated beta builds. While it is to late to apply to be a VFP8 beta site, you can apply for VFP9. Send and email to
betareq@microsoft.com. You will get an auto reply telling you exactly what you need to do. Note that applying to be a beta site does not guarantee you will be selected as one.
