Ok, I got the first source file for you, but I think I'm coming up short on the MapMessage.js file. The only reference in the source is a relative URL path:

<script language="Javascript" src="/Javascript/UniversalThread/MapMessage.js">

So what I did was enter the following URL and downloaded the file as prompted:

http://www.levelextreme.com/Javascript/UniversalThread/MapMessage.js
