Hmmmm....I thought that your description about the partial row showing might actually resolve another issue I am encountering with the grid's scroll bar. The scroll bar is functional, except that the scroll buttons (top and bottom) don't "push in" unless you are on the very first or last row. I did have a partial row on the bottom of the grid, so I adjusted the height of the grid container to now display a full row at the bottom.....still doesn't work. Ay carumba!

There was a time when the scrollbars could be used (scroll down), eventhough they appeared disabled. It wasn't until I finally messed with the grid height that they came around. It seemed to have something to do with a partial row showing at the bottom of the grid.
