Depending on your App & VFP version, flush is not enough. This is a problem we've seen more often in the past, but it still happens. Move to an empty work area while your app is in a waiting state. Select 0. If you are working directly with App tables, not cursors or temp tables, etc., you have to be extra careful with this. The table that gets corrupted the most is the one that is open in your work area when you lose power. So in all idle states, select 0.
