The previous (calling) Form could be passing focus to the next control, etc. if for example this Form was called from a textbox and is non-Modal...just a thought.

>>>Hi All,
>>>I have a form that I can't set modal, that has its READ EVENTS command in the command button. What bothers me is that it doesn't have focus as soon as it opens up. I have to click on the frame at the top for it to gain focus. Has this happened to anyone else?
>>>Thanks,
