I'm trying to use the West Wind WWIPSTUFF.VCX file for doing an FTP transfer. When I try it, I get the following error: "WIN32API: The system cannot find the file specified." All I can find on my computer is a WIN32API.TXT file and a CSV file. Where would this file be located? I'm running XP. Is there a problem with XP and using this file?
