FoxPro DOS ended at version 2.6 (or 2.7?, my memory is fading). There was no version 3.0 of the DOS version of FoxPro.

You can use the VFP drivers to access the DOS tables. Install MDAC to get the driver. You can download it at http://www.microsoft.com/data/download.htm
