>I use the !md command in foxpro to make directories on my c:\ drive programitcly and I have just upgraded to Win 2X. For some reason when I run my programs the folders I create are getting cut off and not getting the full name. I am using VFP 7.0. An example of this is !md c:\universal and my computer creating a folder c:\universa . I do not have this issue on Win 98. Any suggestions?

You can use VFP MD command.
