>We have several FoxPro DOS and Windows lagacy apps and some VFP apps running on a Win NT 4.0 server. We are going to need to upgrade our server to Windows 2000 in the near future. Does anyone know of any app problems we may have to deal with when changing the server OS?

The server OS will not affect your FPDOS apps per se, as the apps execute from the workstations, and the Win2K server acts simply as a file server. You'll need to create equivalent shares and users so that your workstations can find the shared files, and you may need a few tweaks of the OS to permit a larger number of active sessions, open files, and disable some advanced caching options if the apps start to corrupt indexes or memos; it's not a uniform behavior. I would recommend that you install the latest SPs on Win2K Server when you upgrade.
