If the setup runtime is installed, there will be a temp msi file in the Windows (or WINNT)\installer folder which is dated the same day you installed the setup runtime files. You can hold the mouse over each of these files in Explorer to show a descriptive tip, the VFP7 one will be about 71 KB and have Subject = Visual FoxPro 7.0 Baseline - English in the tip.
