Yes, msiexec.exe is on the machine. I first suspected rights issues but I'm not sure at this point. Right now I'm looking at what Jim reported.

>Have you searched for the files in question on the production box? More specifically 'msiexec.exe' For some reason it sounds like your 'Windows Installer' is not installed correctly. :-)
