We finally got on a subject I know something about (bg)...

Dallas has three snooker tables that I'm aware of, at three locations of a place called Dave & Buster's. Ask Andy Kramek -- he and I played for several hours after his IntelliSense talk at the D/FW Users Group meeting earlier this year. They're not full-size (6 x 12) -- instead, they're what are called "three quarter" tables (5 x 10). Most major cities have at least one "room" that has a three-quarter table.

As far as American billiards -- anytime, anywhere, any game. I always have my cues with me in the car. I'm mostly a nine-ball and straight pool specialist, but will play the occasional eight-ball (usually with a group) or one pocket match, and ALWAYS snooker if given the chance and there's a table handy. I stay away from three-cushion (takes too much time to practice, and these tables are more scarce than snooker tables).

Wish I could make DevCon this year, but I'm in Northern New Jersey finishing a contract for the next month or so. Anybody in this area up for a match?
