I just went from the VFP forum to the .NET forum to the Chatter forum.

The names under the Hotline drop-down in the dashboard frame remained the same regardless of the forum.

While it may well be that the names showing at the time can handle ALL those forums, the observation suggests that there is no connection between the list of names available for Hotline services and the forum one is in.

I think it might be more useful if the list of names presented was "filtered" by the skill set of the participating individuals. That way, for say the .NET forum, only people with real .NET experience would be shown.
Alternately it might be possible to list the applicable forum capabilities under each person's name.?
