I sent you a sample from Hussars team Desktop application project. You can also check Bulgarian team's project, where it's used. It's already available in UT Downloads.
As I understood, you just create a template in Word, then you can use this command:
toWord.Selection.Find.Execute("[" + m.tcField + "]", .F., .F., .F., .F., .F., .T., 1, .F., m.tcValue, 2)
However, I'm not yet certain, it's what you're asking for. I asked one more person so far, but didn't receive an answer yet.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
