As far as I know, VFP draws its property sheets and halfheightcaption windows according to this setting:

In Windows 9x/ME/2K:
- go to Windows Control Panel,
- Display icon,
- Appearance tab,
- in the "Item" combobox, pick "Palette Title".

(no idea where to check this in Win XP)

You might compare the Font and Size settings for "Palette Title" to those for the "Active Title Bar" and see if they're the same or pretty close in appearance. Windows lets you configure this setting any way you like it. In theory, one could set "Palette Title" to be Arial 24 and "Active Title Bar" to Arial 12 -- yielding a HalfHeightCaption that's really twice the regular size.
