Visual Studio 6.0 included a tool called something like OLE/COM Viewer where you can explore the registry areas where the COM stuff is stored. If you don't have VS6, hmmm ... don't know of another tool ... you'll probably have to search through the registry (or the documentation of the product you're searching the information for). I'm not sure, but I think the Outlook Express object model should be documented in the MSDN library.
