Thanks Christof for responding and Sorry to be late in replying. I had to try it out before replying, thus.

I made a dumb mistake in which the DO WHILE FEOF(m.h) never EXITed until FEOF() thus I always ended up writting at the end of the file.

Anyway thanks again, sorry for asking a dumb query.
