Hi!

Thanks for pointing to this. Now I believe I saw mentioning about OLE DB in your messages < S >

You're right, VFPCOM.DLL has a lot of disadvantages.

BTW, just curious:

Does new OLEDB allow converting General field type into VFP cursor?
If not, does this do "ADOGetRows.jcRStoCursor" approach?

Thanks.

>VFPCOM.DLL is buggy. Even MS doesn't recomend to use it BUG: RStoCursor in Vfpcom.dll File Does Not Work with Certain Data Types mskb #Q262067.
>There're a few files in the download section that can do it:
>ADOGetRows.jcRStoCursor (ADO-VFP cursor) File #9916
>OLE DB Library for Visual FoxPro (beta version) File #10002

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
