It depends on what is that image logically. If image pathname is stored in table field, and you want to show it in the grid row accordingly pathname, see Message#705101. If you have image stored in Generalf ield type - nothing need to do - just drop OLEBoundControl into grid column and bund column to that general field, set Sparse=.F. for column and thats all.

If you have 2-3 or limited number of options and need to show different image for different row type, the approach with CurrentControl is a good one, like already suggested in this thread.
