I used Screencam to create the VFE Training CDs. It is definitely a Win95 tool and has some limitations. Very un-editable.
If you want to do some very nice stuff I highly recommend looking into Camtasia.
Go to
www.techsmith.com for all the details. They also make Snaggit for screen capture. Support and their web community are outstanding. A first class organization.

Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
