I found why my program hang and use 99% of processor time... simply when I close connection in DataArrival Method, I wrote

this.close

instead of

this.object.close

So, It work well like this form me... I can send mail (text and HTML format) to a list of adresses when an error occurs in my program.

I hope this sample will be usefull to any people.
