I am attempting to create my first Web app accessing SQL server. DBA has set up a username & password on SQL server end, and I have entered those into the "identity" element in Web.config. Running the app stops at the "identity" statement with the following error:

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration
file required to service this request. Please review the specific error
details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not create Windows user token from the
credentials specified in the config file. Error from the operating
system 'A required privilege is not held by the client. '

Any suggestions?
