When I right click on a control such as a textbox and choose help from the menu I get an error.

It returns this error:

I contacted support and it was suggested that I register the RICHTX32.ocx
Well I did that and it still doesn’t work.

I havent heard anything else for several days, so this must be a tough one. However, I have users out there on my back, so I'm looking for a solution ASAP.

This error is occurring on my developer machine in developer mode as well as on my client machines at runtime.
